Hi @everyone as of last week EOS has officially SOLD OUT!! But don't worry if you didn't get a ticket to the dinner itself you can still come to the karaoke🎤!
The current event plan is as follows:
6pm - Meet up at Queen Street Mall Hungry Jacks 🍔
6:30pm - Shabuhouse booking starts Must arrive prior to this time to get your spot at EOS!!

8:10pm - Shabuhouse booking over [possibly extend to 8:30pm is the staff allow] 🍺
8:45pm - Meet outside music city (Bring $12 in cash) 💵
9:00pm - Karaoke starts 🎤
The Dinner 🍣
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you arrive before 6:30pm due to Shabuhouse's booking policy - If you arrive late you may not be able to come to the event, and you won't be eligible for a refund. We have 100mins of all you can eat sushi, however since we are a large group they may give us some extra time, possibly until 8:30pm. Drinks are ordered separately, so if you want to get on the sojus that's not covered by the ticket price.
We have the private room which has a screen and projector as well as a sound system!
The Karaoke 🎤
If you didn't get a ticket to the dinner you are still able to come to the post dinner karaoke. Please bring $12 cash and arrive outside Music City by 8:45pm. Bring $12 Cash + $6 if you think you might want to stay for a possible third hour.
There are some people looking to sell their tickets so DM Sumako if you want to come but didn't purchase a ticket and we can put you in contact with them!
