Gunpla Workshop IV

Hey hey people, Sumako here.

The semester might be over but that doesn’t mean that SMACK is! And what better time to catch up with everyone than with some good old Gunpla. That’s right, we’re doing another Gunpla workshop! If you’re new to building Bandai’s famous mecha model kits, and want to come along with everyone and see what it’s all about, we aim to make these workshops as beginner friendly as possible. Gunpla doesn’t need paint or glue, and any tools you will need we’ll provide to you!

So, same plan as always, but here’s a little reminder (let’s keep this short) On Saturday, 4th of December, we’ll meet outside Zombster at 9:45am, grab some kits and go to Toowong for lunch around 11:15am. Then we’ll go back to campus and start the workshop in the Hawken Engineering building by 1:00pm. There’ll be a Gundam screening in the background, and an opportunity to order some dinner later on in the night. We’ll finish up at 8:45pm to ensure everyone has enough time to finish their kits, and hopefully we’ll get a group photo together with our kits.
